Keto friendly Pizza Sauce
Updated: Jul 29, 2020
I know I know, you can buy Pizza sauce at your local market. But have you looked at the ingredient list on store bought sauces? I can guarantee the list will have vegetable oil, stabilizers and sugar, not really Keto friendly or healthy for that matter. They use bad quality oils and ingredients. Wouldn't you rather put a few minutes to make your own pizza sauce with healthy oil?
This sauce can be used in pizza, in sandwiches, burgers, pasta on Keto or off it. It is super quick and easy to make with very few ingredients you already have in your pantry. It can be stored in refrigerator for up to a week.
I usually make this sauce with tomato puree because it gives the sauce more tangy flavor in comparison to when made with chopped tomatoes so if you like your pizza sauce to be less tangy you can add raw tomatoes instead of the puree.
This is sauce in garlicy, tangy and very so slightly spicy.
